I found this website on the Animation hub looking back thought the posts on there and i found this website

Its very good to keep your drawing skills up to scratch with loads of different poses, negative spcae drawing, male/female poses which you could use to get reference for your own character design. There also a 30 sec pose switch, which you have 30 sec to draw and then pose changes ( just like in Life Drawing but digital version)
